Howdy partners! We're so excited you've decided to join us for Vacation Bible School at Grace Bible Church this summer. See below for everything you need to know about the rootin' tootin' good time we're sure to have, as we Marvel at Jesus and Live for His Glory.

DAILY THEMES AND MEMORY VERSES

MONDAY: The Wonder of His Birth (John 1:14)

TUESDAY: The Wonder of His Childhood (Luke 2:52)

WEDNESDAY: The Wonder of His Ministry Years (John 21:25)

THURSDAY: The Wonder of His Death and Resurrection (John 20:31)

FRIDAY: The Wonder of His Return (Matthew 6:10)

DAILY COOL CONTESTS

MONDAY: GUESS THE GOLD COINS – Whoever has the closest guess to the amount of gold coins in the jar wins extra points for their team!

TUESDAY: SPIRIT OF THE WEST DAY – Wear your team colors to earn points for your team! Team colors are RED (Mountain Lions), TURQUOISE (Wolves), BLUE (Buffalo), YELLOW (Bears), and GREEN (Horses)

WEDNESDAY: OLD WEST DRESS-UP DAY – Dress in your finest cowpoke or cowgirl attire and earn points for your team!

THURSDAY: NAMES OF JESUS CHALLENGE – Take home the Names of Jesus Challenge worksheet and bring it in completed on Friday morning to earn points for your team!

FRIDAY: MISSION MONEY MANIA – Bring in your spare silver and gold coins to support GBC's mission partner, True Options Pregnancy Center, to earn extra points for your team! Learn more about True Options HERE.

WHAT TO BRING

VBS 2025 t-shirt (pick up at church two weeks prior, or Monday morning of VBS)
Comfortable, cool summer clothing
Sunscreen applied prior to VBS
Closed-toed shoes
A full water bottle labeled with the student's name
For Friday's WILD WEST WATERFEST FINALE: Bathing suit, sunscreen, towel

CARPOOL GUIDELINES

**NOTE: THESE GUIDELINES ARE FOR ALL AGES, 2'S AND 3'S INCLUDED**

DROP-OFF GUIDELINES

Check-in starts at 8:45 AM.
Park and escort your children into the front church entrance and go to the Welcome Table. Here, volunteers will be able to sign your children in and give them their name tags.
At this point, we ask that you leave your children with their group leaders who will escort them into the sanctuary to begin their day at VBS.

PICK-UP GUIDELINES

Check-out starts at 12:00 PM.
Enter through the front entrance of the church and come to the Welcome Table.
Tell the volunteers who you are coming to pick up. They will let the other volunteers in the sanctuary know, who will escort them to the front entrance.
In order to facilitate a safer and more efficient pick up process, we ask that you leave the church in a timely manner once you have picked up your children.

WILD WEST WATERFEST FINALE

Families and friends are invited to join us inside the sanctuary at 11:45 am for our WILD WEST WATERFEST FINALE on Friday, where we will announce the team who earned the most points overall in our Cool Contests, watch a video of the week's activities, enjoy a free lunch, and play on a giant slip n' slide, bounce house, and more! PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT opening the church pool this year due to over-capacity.

9:00–9:15 AM: Morning Assembly

9:15–9:30 AM: Snack

9:30–9:55 AM: Exploration Stations (Play Time in Stations)

9:55–10:20 AM: Music and Bible

10:20–10:45 AM: Recreation

10:45–11:00 AM: Craft

11:00–11:15 AM: Snack

11:15–11:30 AM: Craft

11:30–12:00 PM: Exploration Stations and Afternoon Carpool

In a gallon-sized Ziplock bag LABELED WITH THE STUDENT'S NAME, please bring the following DAILY:

One change of clothes
Two diapers/Pull-Ups if student is not toilet-trained, labeled with student’s name
A full water bottle labeled with student’s name
